A study tour on age care in Finland, in partnership with the French Federation of private not-for-profit hospitals and care homes (FEHAP).
In November 2018, Dialog Health organized a study tour on age care in Finland.

The goal of this study mission was to discover the organisation of care and the different types of nursing homes available to the elderly in various states of dependance.

During 4 days the group visited 8 organisations and establishments offering innovative services and comfortable and friendly environments to the elderly. In Finland, the focus is based on human relationships and well-being for the elderly as well as the professionals taking care of them.

The discussions between the members of the group and the Finnish were about sharing innovative ideas, thinking about the setting of new processes back home and understanding the Finnish approach to elderly care.

The group flew back to France with a good knowledge of the organisation of age care in Finland and many good ideas to implement in their own care homes.
