TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL
Terms & Conditions of Travel
Please read the following paragraph carefully. By accepting you acknowledge that you agree and consent to the following terms and conditions of travel in addition the general terms and conditions available at https://www.dialog-health.com/dcmi-general-terms-and-conditions-of-travel. In the case of cancellation due to any other reason eg Force Majeur, Pandemic, Epidemic, issues beyond DCMI control, cancellation fees will be subject to supplier cancellation fees.
To the extent permitted by law these terms represent the entire agreement between the parties in relation to the tour. In the event that we are directed not to travel or undertake the study tour program by any Government advice or regulation, we will aim to negotiate a postponement, however we are unable to guarantee pricing on deferrals.
I will be responsible for my own travel insurance and travel to and from the DCMI study tour location and obtain any relevant visas and hold a valid passport all at my own cost
In the event that I, or my next of kin, or any travelling companion of mine suffer any Loss, I HEREBY:
In this Deed:
1.'Loss' means any loss, damage, expense, or injury whatsoever and arising in any way from or associated in way with participation in any of the Activities by myself, or by any of my next of kin, or by any travelling companion of mine.
2.'the Activities' means travel or any related activities (including but not limited to attendances at meetings or conferences), that I or any of my next of kin, or any travelling companion of mine may undertake

In the event that I, or my next of kin, or any travelling companion of mine suffer any Loss, I HEREBY:
- WAIVE any and all claims I have or may have in the future against DCM for any such Loss; and
- RELEASE DCM from any and all liability for and/or arising in any way from or any such Loss; and
- HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY DCMI from and against any and all liability for Loss, damage to property or personal injury to any third party (including without limitation by any of my next of kin, or by any travelling companion of mine) resulting from the Activities.
In this Deed:
