As part of the mass voluntary vaccination of the population in Kazakhstan, a 2-day online course was held. The theme of the online event was based on organizing the work of vaccination centers for medical personnel and healthcare workers in Kazakhstan.
During the training, the issues of specific features of vaccination against covid-19 with the
Sputnik-V vaccine and the organization of vaccine logistics based on the experience of the Russian Federation were highlighted.
The purpose of this training was to improve the qualifications of healthcare workers in Kazakhstan, more specifically on the organization of logistics and vaccination centers in the country, based on the experience of the Russian Federation and on the regulatory framework of the Russian Federation.
Among the Russian experts who presented their work experience, there were specialists in the logistics of vaccines: representatives of leading transport companies, doctors, infectious disease specialists and specialists in industrial biotechnology, who were directly involved in the process of vaccination of the population in Russia, especially in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
The training program covered plenty of issues, such as the distribution of the Sputnik-V vaccine, the preparation of vehicles and equipment for the transportation of the targeted vaccine, the organization regarding the vaccination centers against Covid-19, the features of the Sputnik V vaccination procedure and the period after vaccinations, as well as an introductory course on the types of vaccines against the new coronavirus infection and the features of the Sputnik V vaccine.
The training caused a vivid response among medical workers in Kazakhstan, the many-hour question-and-answer session made it possible to delve deeper into the topic, touching upon many relevant topics in vaccination.
The virtual training generated a lot of enthusiasm among the kazakh participants, which led to a series of questions from the audience and fostered the discussion among both the experts and the participants.
