From April 10 to 15, 2023, Dialog Health and the MACSF Group flew to San Francisco to understand how the future of healthcare is being invented in Silicon Valley.
From April 10 to 15, 2023, Dialog Health flew to San Francisco, as part of a study mission carried out in close cooperation with Break the Box, to discover how the future of health care is being invented in Silicon Valley.
On the first day, our delegation, composed of the entire MACSF group management committee, visited Kaiser Permanente, a true pioneer in healthcare services in the United States and the world. With Karin Cook, participants were able to understand how this integrated model ensures that hospitals, physicians and health plans are in sync to guarantee quality care for its members.
The next day was highlighted by a visit to one of the world's most acclaimed institutions - Stanford Medical Center. Affiliated with the prestigious Stanford Universitý, the institution focuses on research, teaching and cutting-edge health́ care.
On April 14, the MACSF Group, Dialog Health and Break the Box headed to Silicon Valley to get inspired by the latest innovations in healthcare and customer experience.
On the agenda of this resolutely high-tech day: several professional visits, including CISCO, Google X, the moonshot factory, the extra confidential branch of the giant Google and the start-up incubator PlugandPlay. During this last visit, 4 start-ups came to pitch their innovation: Avatar Medical and its ultra-modern 3D medical imaging system; Ushur, the new customer relationship management tool; Lazarus, the revolutionary data extraction software and finally, Vizru Inc, the creator of custom applications.
